Within the framework of the GNSH (Global Network for Sustainable Housing), UN-Habitat in partnership with CRAterre and its network of experts, are developing the SHERPA rating tool targeting developing countries and social housing sector. This user-friendly and qualitative tool aims at helping project developers to design sustainable and affordable habitat projects. A beta version is now ready to be tested on local pilot projects by a wider international community.
